The Modena Multiple - with Flex Back, like all Kwalu group seating options, make it possible for friends and family to sit together comfortably in lobbies, lounges and reception areas or in emergency waiting rooms. Extremely versatile, this seating option allows for various configurations of three seats combining guest and bariatric sizes. The back of each seat in the Multiple provides slight movement in the back from the flex frame that connects the seat of the chair to the back. The seat, arms and legs remain stationary to deliver ergonomic support as the user changes position during waiting periods.
  • Faceted-Edged Frame Detailing - The outside face of the chair frame showcases faceted-edge detailing reminiscent of hand-crafted wood workmanship.
  • Flex Back - Frame enables a modest amount of flexibility in the back only; seat, arms and legs remain stationary.
  • Wallsaver - Wallsaver back legs help keep walls in pristine condition.
  • Durable Finish - Kwalu's solid surface (1/8” thick) proprietary finish doesn’t have any of the drawbacks of wood. The frames are moisture impervious, graffiti-resistant, easy to clean and maintenance-free.
  • Steel Reinforced - Our patented steel-reinforced joint system uses over 20 pieces of steel in most Kwalu chairs. Stop ongoing and costly furniture replacement.
  • Number of Seats - Each Modena multiple is made up of either 2 or 3 seats; combining guest and bariatric sizes.
  • Visible Cleanout - Cleanout is incorporated behind the seat cushion to prevent buildup of debris while providing a clean look.
  • Back Cushion and Seat Cushion are Field Replaceable - Both the back cushion and the seat cushion can be replaced in the field.
